Preventative Maintenance is mandated by the Technical Standards and Safety Authority in commercial applications (Office buildings, medical facilities and places of worship; churches, mosques, shrines, synagogues, or temples). A preventative maintenance contract must be put in place between the building owner and a T.S.S.A. registered elevator contractor (Estate Elevator is a registered elevator contractor who services Ontario).
