- 120V/15A dedicated circuit to a FUSED DISCONNECT SWITCH

-Conduit/BX/flex from this disconnect to an 8”x8” box near the top or bottom of the track assembly

-110V line must be run through the conduit/BX/flex to the 8”x8” box for us to connect to

-Fused disconnect switch must be labelled with the panel & circuit # for the lift
